This is an extremely rare vintage pendant top made by TASAKI that includes Japanese Akoya saltwater cultured pearls.
(silver chain is not included)

The pendant design is the 1970 Osaka Expo logo, a cherry blossom design specially made for the event.
On the back of the clasp are stamped the TASAKI logo (“T” inside an Akoya oyster shell) and “S” (silver).

I have added a picture of a necklace, also made for the 1970 expo, that has a clasp with the same logo design.
(The necklace is not included in the price. You can purchase it from this link:  https://artlinkjapan.com/products/collector-s-item-1970-osaka-expo-tasaki-vintage-akoya-pearl-necklace )

TASAKI is one of the top Japanese fine jewelry shops specializing in pearl jewelry. The brand has its own pearl farms in Nagasaki and Mie Prefectures, Japan.

Commemorative items such as this from the 1970 Osaka Expo are now a focus of attention because another Osaka Expo is being held in 2025.
The 1970 expo was the first expo held in Japan and also the first in Asia.

This item was sold 55 years ago and it still shines like new.
The Osaka Expo 2025 now in progress is often compared to Osaka Expo 1970.
This is a nostalgic treasure from a period of rapid economic growth in Japan. There are some scratches on the clasp, but they are difficult to see by the naked eye and functionally there is no problem.

All the pictures I took have no enhancement, just different environments (outdoor or indoor, sunlight or electric light, different backgrounds). I took several pictures in different environments because the iridescence and luster are difficult to capture in a photograph.
